Unlike the 100mh which had 2 runaway favorites in close contention as favorites for the state meet. The 300mh paints a different picture with Jaylin Adams of Mustang with a half-second cushion over Amaya Harrison of Tulsa Union. Anything can happen over 300m of hurdles but with a clean race, Adams should retain her title once again. Joining Harrison and Adams Under 45 seconds are 5a Champion Jamaya Morgan of Lawton Eisenhower and Savanna Meek of Crossings Christian.
