Tulsa, Okla.- Prince Mumba took the silver medal in the 800 meter run and was named an NCAA All-American on Saturday during the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championship at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mumba ran a 1:47.44 after making it into the finals yesterday with a qualifying time of 1:50.00. Jason Langat from Texas Christian took the gold with a time of 1:47.02, and Dominic Tanui of Texas-El Paso took the bronze with a finals time of 1:47.83
