University of Central Oklahoma's Cynthia Kimes was named this week's female runner of the week by the Lone Star Conference for her performance that lead UCO to victory this past weekend. Broncos' freshmen Kimes, finished second at the ECU Tiger Chase on September 10th with a time of 19:43. Kimes is a former Oklahoma state champion in the 3200m run, who graduated from Piedmont High School.
Josh Stewart, East Central University sophomore, leads the Lone Star Conference with a time of 26:16 in the 8K. He is followed by senior teammates, Sandy Joseph with a time of 27:11 and Cody Weaver's 27:20.
