Marvin Paday Hernandez (Western Heights) threw 150-5 in the discus at the ACAC Track and Field Championship on April 8, improving from his previous best of 110-1. The mark ranks #51 in Oklahoma and #3 among seniors, and set a school record for Western Heights. Hernandez won the event among 24 competitors.
Kaden Jennings (Oklahoma Union) cleared 5-2 in the high jump at the Oklahoma Union HS Track Meet on April 9, improving from 4-8 set in February 2026. The mark ranks #28 in Oklahoma, and Jennings placed second among 16 competitors.
Olivia Malveaux (Lawton) ran 26.35 in the 200 meters at the Chickasha High School Invitational on April 9, improving from 28.22 set in March 2026. The time ranks #122 in Oklahoma and #26 among sophomores. Malveaux also ran a personal best 1:06.20 in the 400 meters at the same meet, improving from 1:08.37.
Ashton Shumard (Newcastle) ran 10.74 in the 100 meters at the Ada HS Dorsey Reirdon Relays on April 10, improving from 11.54 set in March 2026. The time ranks #41 in Oklahoma and #9 among juniors, and Shumard placed fourth among 59 competitors.
Evan Painter (Washington) threw 45-9 in the shot put at the OBU HS Invitational Track Meet on April 7, improving from 40-0.5 set in March 2026. The mark ranks #146 in Oklahoma and #20 among sophomores, and Painter placed sixth among 46 competitors.
Lila Chapman (Plainview) ran 12.60 in the 100 meters at the Chickasha High School Invitational on April 9, improving from 13.25. The time ranks #102 in Oklahoma and set a school record for Plainview High School, with Chapman placing sixth among 35 competitors.
