As the 2024 indoor track and field season in Oklahoma draws to a close, it's time to reflect on the outstanding performances of the freshman distance athletes who competed over the winter months. Although many of the following athletes had breakout XC seasons it is still tough to predict who may enter the conversation as contenders for future state medals over the next 4 years.
