WARRENSBURG, Mo. - Candelon Burns led Southeastern Oklahoma State at the NCAA Division II South Central Regionals Saturday morning on the University of Central Missouri campus.
The senior from Haworth finished the 6K meet with a time of 26:43.20.
She was followed by senior teammate Dana Gillespie (27:43.40), freshmen Echo Adcock (28:20.40) and Whitnie Lindley (28:43.10) and sophomore Amanda Little (28:57.50).
The Savage Storm had an average time of 28:05.52 and compiled 570 points.
Abilene Christian won the team event with an average time of 22:45.64 and 71 points, while Truman State\'s Jacquie Faust was the top individual witha time of 22:00.80.
