41st Annual Ram Relays

Meet Information

Entry Fees:

• $200 per Varsity Division
• $50 per JV Team

We have 2 divisions: HS Boys and HS Girls

Make checks payable to Owasso High School. Deliver by hand on the meet day or mail to:

Entries Deadline: Thursday, March 27th at 12:00 PM

Entries can be edited online until the deadline. After the deadline, all submissions are final.

Schedule

1:45 PM: Coaches Meeting

12:00 PM: Field Events Begin

2:00 PM: Running Events Begin (Rolling Schedule)

Event Rules

• Inch Spikes or less permitted.
• NO TAPE ON THE TRACK!! Tennis Balls or Chalk will be provided.



• No team tents or camps on the infield. Camps will be set up in the indoor facility.



• Bus parking will be across the street in the Walmart parking lot. Drop off athletes at the track.



• A hospitality room with lunch will be available for coaches only.
• Only coaches and athletes on the infield. Wristbands will be provided. 

Scoring

Team Scoring:

• Individual Events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
• Relay Events: 20-16-12-10-8-6-4-2
• Only one relay team per school will receive points.
• Only three athletes from one school will score in individual events.

Timing

Timing will be handled by Crossroads Timing.

Field Events

Horizontal jumps and throws: First legal attempt will be marked. Subsequent attempts must meet minimums based on entry marks.

High Jump: 3-Active format. Pole Vault: 5-Active format.

Implements must be weighed and certified before the event begins.

Awards

Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. Team trophies will be awarded to team champions.
