DATE: Thursday, October 3rd 2019
TIME: Coaches meeting at 9:00 a.m. First race starts at 9:30 a.m.
LOCATION: Walnut Park
1505 N. Jay St.

REGISTRATION: ONLINE MEET REGISTRATION: Entries are to be complete
online using ENDUROUSA.COM. Phone or faxed entries will
not be accepted. If you do not already have an ENDURO USA
account, set up an ENDURO USA account in your name. - - -
Then log into your account and follow the instructions in the
top-right to upgrade your acct and add the desired Rosters.

Deadline for entering is: Tuesday, Oct 1st at 7pm.
Be sure to visit our meets PREVIEW window immediately
before departing for our meet. You must complete all steps on
the ENTRIES Window. Teams will NOT be added at the meet.
DIRECTIONS: Walnut Park:
Take Highway 66 to Blue Star Drive, go west on Blue Star Drive,
Go north on Jay Street about one quarter of a mile, Walnut
Park will be on the west side of the road.
Pecan Park:
Take Highway 66 to Blue Star Drive, go west on Blue Star Drive,
drive one half of a mile and the entrance will be on the right
side of the road.
PARKING: Drop your athletes off at Pecan Park, AND PARK AT PECAN
PARK. No busses will be parked at Walnut Park. Walk by the
softball field concession stand to the walking bridge to enter
walnut park.
DIVISIONS: H.S. Boys, H.S. Girls, J.V Boys (unlimited), J.V. Girls (unlimited)
J.H. Girls (unlimited), J.H. Boys (unlimited). Junior high is 8th
grade and below.
DISTANCE: All H.S. Boys 5K, 5A-6A H.S. Girls 5K, 4A Below Girls 2Mile, All
J.H. Divisions 2 mile
ENTRY FEE: $70 varsity girls, $70 varsity boys
$55 J.H. girls, $55 J.H. boys
$10 per runner if less than 7 runners
AWARDS: Top 20 receive medals in Varsity, and J.H.
First place team in varsity division will receive a plaque.
