The Bishop McGuinness Track program would like to invite your
school to participate in our track meet. We are co-hosting with
Northwest Classen this year and meet will be at Taft Stadium (NW 23rd
and May Avenue). This will be a timed final meet.
**OUR MEET WILL FEATURE F.A.T. (Fully Automatic Timing)**
ATTENTION COACHES (On-line Entries): The on-line entries for our meet is for
a "Roster Only" meet. Schools planning to attend this meet must submit their
entries on ENDURO Entries (TrackRoster) by completing Steps 13. (Steps 4 &
5 are optional for "Roster Only" meets.) The online ENTRY DEADLINE for our
meet is the day before the meet @ 5:00pm. Log into your account
at:www.enduroentries.com * * * NO LATE ENTRIES * * * Schools who have not
entered on-line (before the deadline) will not be added at the meet. * * * If you
have any questions about your ENDURO Entries account, please email your
questions to: kevin@endurousa.com
ATTENTION COACHES: Team entries will be limited to 15 teams. Contact
Scott Stevenson at sstevenson@bmchs.org to receive conformation. Deadline for
entries is Wednesday, March 4, 2018.
Entry Fee: $90.00 for each boys and girls team.
B Team Entry Fee: $50.00 for each boys and girls team. Must enter B Teams as
separate rosters. B teams will not medal, and team points will not be kept. You
cannot compete as A Team in some events, and B Team in other events.
Time: 3:30pm Coaches Meeting 3:45pm Field Events 4:00pm Running events
Divisions: There will be two divisions: Boys and Girls
Limitations: Each contestant is limited to four events including relays.
Each school is limited to three entrants in individual events and one relay
team in each relay race. See limitations on b-Team participation in cover
letter.
Medals: Awarded to the top five individual places, and the top three relays
teams. Trophies: Awarded to the 1st place team in each division
Team Points: Awarded 1st through 6th places (10,8,6,4,2,1) in individual
races and in relays (20,16,12,8,4,2).
Equipment: We will provide all starting blocks. 1/4 or shorter spikes are
required.
