Former Bangor High School & current Oklahoma Sooner star Riley Masters competed in the NACAC meet in Guanajuato, Mexico on Friday. Masters, who holds the University of Maine & University of Oklahoma school records for 1500m, competed in his specialty clocking 3:52.15 to earn the bronze medal. The race was won by American Kyle Merber who kicked his victory in 3:51.61. Merber & Masters are good friends, they starred in the short film “Real Maine” released this spring.
