DEER CREEK PRE-SEASON
TRACK FESTIVAL
Date: Saturday, March 7, 2020;
Teams: 4 team limit (Deer Creek, Choctaw, Moore, Westmoore). This is an "Invitation Only" meet.
For coaches/teams attending, this meet allows unlimited entries in the listed events so all athletes
will have an opportunity to get a time/mark to begin the season and move forward. This will be a
seeded entries meet this year. Please contact David Riden to obtain the "Invitation Code" so you can
add our meet to your schedule in your ENDURO USA account on your Main Roster (boys / girls).
Our on-line Entry DEADLINE is Friday, March 6th @ 6pm. - - - The meet will be CLOSED at 6pm!
No late entries accepted. - Schools planning to attend must submit their entries on the ENDURO USA
website by completing ALL the necessary steps on the meets ENTRIES Window including the
VERIFICATION step. If your team/school does not complete all the necessary steps - - - including the
VERIFICATION step, your school/team can NOT be entered manually by our timing crew at the meet.

Entry Fees: $50.00 per team (boys team & girls team= $100).

Other important information: *Unlimited entries in listed individual events & relays.
Awards: Medals to top 3 per event.
There will be a simple concession for athletes and fans.
Campsites around the track--not infield. No dressing room access but restrooms available.
Bus parking: parking lot for Performing Arts & Athletic Center on MacArthur just north of 206th.
Prior to the beginning of the Deer Creek Pre-Season Track Festival, there will be a community fun
run mile at 9am, and community 1 Mile timed races to follow. All coaches, parents/families of teams
attending the meet are welcome and encouraged to arrive early and register for those events as well.
In light of the recent tragedy impacting the T&F / XC athletes at Moore High School, when you register
for the Community 1 Mile Runs you can select Moore Students/families to have the proceeds/profits
from your entry fee be used as a donation to aid the Moore victims and families in their time of need.
* - - All event profits/proceeds will be managed/disbursed by the Deer Creek T&F / XC Program.
