STILLWATER, Okla., - Oklahoma State's women's cross country and track team added transfer Eva Slavikova to the roster, announced head coach Rene Sepulveda.
Slavikova, a junior from Teplice, Czech Republic, transferred from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and will be eligible to compete in the fall of 2005.
During the 2005 track and field season, Slavikova posted times of 16:25.96 in the 5,000-meter run, 9:27.48 in the 3,000-meter run and 4:29.55 in the 1,500-meter run.
"Eva will be a good fit on our women's cross country and track team," Sepulveda said. "She is a versatile runner with NCAA experience."
Slavikova will have two years of eligibility remaining at OSU.
