Race and starting box box assignments for the 2018 MileStat.com XC Invitational are set below.

A couple reminders...
Coaches are encouraged to put their non-varsity freshmen in the freshmen race starting at 10:30 AM, but can also run in the JV races with the rest of their team. 8th graders can run in either middle school race or JV races, but no 8th graders can in any varsity races.
Faster individuals can run up in division separate from their team. Varsity A individuals need to have run sub 17 for boys and sub 20 for girls at the 5K distance. There is a starting boxes designated at the end of each race specifically for individuals separate from their full squads.
8 runners per team can be put on the starting line in all varsity races. Unlimited runners per team in any other race at the meet.
