Sydney McLaughlin Breaks Own World Junior Record In USA Finals



Sydney McLaughlin toed the line with the best in the country today at the USA Track & Field Championships in Sacramento, California.

Unfortunately, McLauglin sixth place finish does not qualify her for Team USA. However, she did run a new PB of 53.82 which breaks her old World Junior Record of 54.03.

McLauglins 53.82 gives her the 9th fastest time in the world this year with the world leading time, 52.64, coming from the new 400H National Champion, Dalilah Muhammad.
