Miami Norland (Fl.) High sophomore Tyrese Cooper, the nation's leading sprinter in the 200m and 400m, threw down a new US No. 1 in the boys high school division of the 200m in 20.51 seconds at the Prefontaine Classic on Saturday in Eugene, Oregon.
