The week's nearly over, and it's time for more top-notch track and field! Watch the video above to see Jojo and Billy give their top picks for what to watch, then read the article below for more details about how to watch each event.

VHSL Group 5A South Regional (VA) - 2/11

Foot Locker finalist Waleed Suliman will race the 1K and 1600m; he's already run US #3 2:27.9 and US #5 4:13.6 this season. The girls 500m is a clash of the sprint queens! US #4 ranked Britton Wilson will race Syaira Richardson, who recently clocked US #4 38.38 for 300m.

US #2 ranked Halle Hazzard will go for the US #1 55m mark of 6.89. The top-ranked sprinter will also race the 300m and 4x200m with her St. Anthony's team. Oluwatomide Aleo stars in the 55m hurdles.

Great Southwest Indoor Classic (NM) - 2/11

Texas sprinters Josiah MacInnis and Calahan Newsome will face off in the 400m. Nevada state 800m champion Karina Haymore will race indoors for the first time in her career; she has a 2:08 PR on her resume.

SPIRE Scholastic Showcase (OH) - 2/12

Ohio state champion and soccer star Abby Steiner will have some competition in the 60m and 200m from McKenzie Long. The girls 4x200m relay features US #5 Oak Park (Motor City TC) from Michigan and Ohio's top squad, Pickerington Central. The Speed Academy Athletics Club from Canada could also run away with the sprint relay titles. Zion Cross of Ohio (6.91 PR) and Khance Meyers of Michigan (6.84 PR) will be an exciting match-up in the 60m.

There will also be archived footage of national record holder Jordan Geist in the weight throw and shot put.


Nitro Athletics: Melbourne (Day 2) - 2/9
One of the most entertaining, exhilarating and must-watch track meets ever created rolls right along. Usain Bolt and his team of all-stars sit in the lead heading into day two of competition. Nitro Athletics: Melbourne, a meet that consists of events like the elimination mile, the 3-minute challenge and mixed relays are truly must-see TV. 

Indoor track is back in North Texas! The Star, a 91-acre campus headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys, has a brand new track that is an exact replica of the 2016 World Indoor Championships structure used in Portland Oregon. 

California's US #1 ranked Tara Davis travels to Texas to compete in the 60m hurdles vs. US #9 Milan Young and US #12 Kaylor Harris. Harris, a member of the 2016 IAAF World U20 Championships squad, will also race the 60m vs. US #5 Sydney Washington. Harris ranks US #4 in the 60m with her season-best 7.44. Young vs. Shacarri Richardson in the 200m will also be a battle to watch. Charles Brockman, the nation's top returner for 300m hurdles, will race the 60m hurdles.

2015 NXN All-American Ashton Endsley is entered in the 800m, Mile and 3200m.

There will be archived footage of the highly anticipated girls triple jump battle between Tara Davis, a 2015 IAAF World Youth Championships qualifier in the event, and Jasmine Moore, the national freshman class record holder. Both girls have jumped over 43 feet; Davis' PR is 43-2 while Moore jumped 43-5.75 last year.

Don Kirby Collegiate Invitational - 2/10-11
One of the best meets of the weekend for sprinters, the Don Kirby Collegiate Invitational will feature the talented Oregon Duck trio of Hannah Cunliffe, Ariana Washington and Deajah Stevens who will look to improve upon some of the fastest 60m times in the NCAA. 

Canada and the United States united in Ohio for the SPIRE DI Invitational. Schools from all over the Great Lakes, including the Canadian track powerhouse Guelph will mix it up at one of the best indoor facilities in the country, the Spire Institute. 

BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational - 2/10-11
Collegiate and professionals head back to Boston to give another crack at one of the fastest 200m tracks on the East coast. Known for a plethora of collegiate and American records, the possibilities are endless. 

Iowa State Classic - 2/10-11
Some of the best NCAA Division I teams in the midwest and across the country will travel to Ames, Iowa to hit the always fast oversized 300m at Iowa State. If you haven't hit that NCAA qualifying mark yet, now is the time and the place to sharpen up before championship season. 

Husky Classic - 2/10-11
Anything is possible at the Dempsey, as seen before numerous times already this season LIVE on FloTrack. 15-time NCAA Champion Edward Cheserek will hit the track looking to test his fitness against the likes of Boise State, Colorado, Adams State, UCLA, Portland, Gonzaga and more.

Nitro Athletics: Melbourne (Day 3) - 2/11
The third and final day of Nitro Athletics: Melbourne. Will Usain Bolt's group of hand-picked all-stars beat the international teams from Australia, Japan, China, England or New Zealand? Tune in and find out. 

UW Indoor Open - 2/12
Now that football season over, Sunday is for indoor track. The UW Indoor Open will follow the Husky Classic and showcase professional, collegiate and high school athletes from the great Northwest.
